Shaping Future Fools

Thinking Towards the Future

Foolish recruiters are experts in finding great candidates with impressive credentials. The entire hiring process can be tough, and our internship program doesn’t cut any corners.

In 2016, our recruiters mulled over 1000 applications, incorporating Fools from all around the business to make final selections. When crafting your application, you should know that what’s most important to us is that a new Fool fits perfectly into the role AND our company culture.

Just like the Fool itself, our internship program continues to evolve -- including how many people we take and for what positions. One summer we had 15 interns, but we employed only ten the next. Specifics won’t be shared until we're close to the summer, but the Foolish FAQ below might help you decide whether or not to apply and how to put together an application.

If you live near a Metro station (or a bus stop that takes you to a Metro station), you won’t need a car. We offer a generous Metro subsidy or parking subsidy, so we’ve got you covered no matter which option you choose!

For sure! We do our best work when wearing our jester caps.
